Specifically, Pacific Health Sciences, its licensors, and its suppliers make no representations or warranties about the following:
- The accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness, or timeliness of the Content, software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided on or through the use of the Pacific Health Sciences Site or Pacific Health Sciences.
- The satisfaction of government regulations requiring disclosure of information on prescription drug products with regard to the Content contained on the Pacific Health Sciences Site.

USER SUBMISSIONS.
You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type that infringe or violate any rights of any party. By submitting communications or content to any part of this Site, you agree that such submission is non-confidential for all purposes. If you make any such submission, you automatically grant–or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted–Pacific Health Sciences a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. Pacific Health Sciences may sublicense its rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses.
Pacific Health Sciences Members and Users
Pacific Health Sciences Members is a service that allows you to record limited amounts of personal health information on a voluntary basis on servers maintained by Pacific Health Sciences or on its behalf. Pacific Health Sciences Members area is structured to allow access only to visitors with a valid password. Whenever you submit or modify your information in Pacific Health Sciences Members, we will send such information over the Internet using encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software). The information you submit to MyHealthRecord will be stored on a separate server as an additional security precaution. However, we do not warrant or represent that the information you submit to MyHealthRecord will be protected against loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your Pacific Health Sciences Member password or account. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination and use of activation codes and passwords; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your Pacific Health Sciences Member account and password; (3) promptly inform Pacific Health Sciences of any need to deactivate a password. You grant Pacific Health Sciences and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the Site and Pacific Health Sciences Member Services the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of Pacific Health Sciences Members. Pacific Health Sciences cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit to Pacific Health Sciences or your or third parties’ use or misuse of information transmitted or received using Pacific Health Sciences .
Pacific Health Sciences Live and Member to Member Areas (“Public Areas”).
If you use a Public Area, you are solely responsible for your own communications, the consequences of posting those communications, and your reliance on any communications found in the Public Areas. Pacific Health Sciences is not responsible for the consequences of any communications in the Public Areas. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
